Spin-Ion is a spin-off from Paris-Saclay University and the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) founded in 2017. We were selected among the 10 most promising deep-tech start-ups in France in 2019 and were awarded the “Grand Prix i-Lab” from the French government. The company is hosted at the  Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (C2N) in Palaiseau, France, and benefits from a brand new, state-of-the-art research facility including the largest academic clean room in Europe. We are located on the campus of Paris-Saclay University, one of the top education, research and innovation clusters in the world.

We provide a full suite of ion solutions to tailor the structural and magnetic properties of spintronics materials and devices and improve their performances for next-generation applications including MRAMs, magnetic sensors and AI devices.
